Some on market and some pocket listings he had. Gary through the whole process was so professional. He was part Real estate agent, marriage counselor, psychiatrist, tour guide and whatever else you can think of. Gary represented the sellers and us as buyers. He was excellent at the negotiation for us with his sellers. Everyone worked so well together because of him and we are so happy we used him.
