If only I could give more than 5 stars to Garrett and the Addington Agency. I first met Garrett 3-4 years ago when I was moving to the area and since then he has been helping and guiding me. I got a post card from Mr. Addington about two years ago and knew he was a very active realtor in my part of TN. I needed to sell my home and gave him a call. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for everything he did for me and my family. He listed our house (while dealing with my work relo company) and we had an asking price offer within 2 days. His website and reach is amazing. The pictures made our house look stunning and he always, always answered my calls when I needed him. His demeanor is 100% professional and he knows his business inside and out. I cant recommend him and his agency enough. His staff is also reflective of his work ethic and customer service. I wish I had more houses to sell with the guy. If you need a realtor, choose Garret. He will not let you down. 5 stars, because 6 isnt possible on Zillow.

Garrett is the extreme professional realtor. He performed proper due diligence on property value, assured the price obtained was more than we could hope for. He even took time away from his personal schedule during a Tennessee football game to field texts/calls from me to expedite resolution on buyer/seller issues. I hired Garrett to be the real estate agent representing the sale of my mothers home after she moved into assisted living outside of the Bristol area. I liked Garretts plan, which included selling the personal property in the house via estate sale then having the house professionally staged for photos that would be on all the online real estate websites, including Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. The online listing Garrett prepared looked great. Within the first three days, we had received four offers and the house sold above the listing price. I live out-of-state and after meeting Garrett in-person early in the process, the rest of our interactions were via text and telephone. Garrett was very responsive. Everything went as planned and I was very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Garrett Addington as a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate professional. I would hire him again.
