Tannar was absolutely wonderful to work with. I reached out to her on social media about possibly listing our house and starting to look for our forever home. Within a few days she came out for a listing appointment. She went above and beyond to help our family get our home ready, had the seasonal leaves removed from the grass and the mulch along the front of the house replaced. Anytime I asked her about a house, she was available and super informative. With buying out of state she was able to refer us to another agent licensed in that state and every part of the process has been very smooth. We received multiple offers and accepted an offer within 4 days on the sale of our home. Tannar has answered all of my questions very thoroughly throughout the process. She has exceeded our expectations. She is the most kind person you will ever meet. We are so happy that we chose to work with her, we even referred her to another family member and they have had a wonderful experience as well. I cannot recommend Tannar enough!

We met Tanner 2 months ago tentatively considering selling our first home of 8 years to upgrade to a bigger, forever home for our family. Gail and her amazing team made what could have been a very stressful and expensive home sale effortless and cost effective. We needed to do a lot of work to prepare our house for sale, and Gail's team knew all the right people to come in and get it done for far less that I could have imagined. Julie, Gail's right hand person, was beyond amazing in connecting me with contractors that could work quickly for a very reasonable price. Not only did our house look FANTASTIC once we went to market, Gail was all-in on getting us the best offer. Within 2 hours of going 'live', we had 5 showings set up. Within 48 hours of going on the market, we'd had ~15 showings and an open house. The first offer came in within a day and we had a contract signed within 2 days...and it was for more than 20K over the asking price! Now this was just for the sale of our old house. One of Gail's agents, John, negotiated the price for the purchase of our new home, and we got far more than we expected from the builder. His expertise in knowing cost for upgrades was the key and we love our new place! All in all, we could not have had a better experience than we did with Gail and her team. From purchase to sale to closing, they were awesome. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We chose Gail after interviewing a few realtors. From the start Gail impressed us with her professionalism, her knowledge of the local area, and her marketing materials. Her many years of experience really shows through. During the selling process, she was extremely responsive to every question, walking us through any question we had. The house was on the market quickly after signing with Gail's firm, and also sold pretty fast. There were some questionable offers that Gail advised us not to take, and we appreciated her honesty. A great experience, and we definitely recommend Gail Nyman!
