First, let me give a little background. My husband and I have considered making the move for several years now, but hesitated because we heard some less than favorable stories about the process, other agents, etc. etc. and it made us shy away. I saw Gail's advertisement on TV and was impressed with her enthusiasm. Based on that ad I called her and decided to sign a contract to sell my house.She took pictures with her phone and uploaded them to the websites listing my house for sale. It wasn't until 6 weeks AFTER being listed that she decided to "spend the $100" and have professional pictures taken! Gail's way of communicating is by text messaging - when I requested to sit down face to face she replied via text "there is nothing more to discuss on this subject" and refused to meet with me. She was unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I would not recommend her to anyone.
