I cannot recommend Gage highly enough. He went above and beyond many times for us as we only had a couple of days where we were in the country to view houses, make an offer and purchase a house. Gage responded within minutes of contacting him and worked hard to enable us to view the houses we were interested in within the next two days. He then assisted us in making an offer on a house and negotiating a price with the sellers. We returned to Australia through the purchasing process, at which point Gage ensured he was communicative and provided guidance, all the while acting on our instructions to represent us in the sale/purchase.
