Fred Delgado and his team are awesome. We moved out so far from house wanted to sell. We asked him to sell house everything. We often talked to him and his team about process to sell house step by step by email ,text and phone call. We could trust them because we contacted really good. The MOST Importan thing is TRUST. We sold house the day on listed day!!!

Fred and his highly competent, professional and friendly colleagues were absolutely great to work with as a team. They were responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Their service was comprehensive and included advice and references with everything from repairs, staging and cleaning to guidance on responding to various agencies such as the Title Company, HOA, etc. Fred, Yolanda and their other colleagues responded to our needs as if we were family. They made this difficult and occasionally overwhelming process of selling a home manageable. We cannot provide enough praise to fully describe how wonderful Fred and his team made our house selling journey a positive reality. We give them our highest recommendation.

I had the pleasure of renting a house from Fred. Fred & his team have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and are always polite.
