My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Kristen was the second agent we worked with. Wed been looking at houses for months with little luck, and then a friend recommended Kristen (and I actually had worked with her in high school at our summer job as lifeguards, so we knew one another way back when). We found our home on the first day with her. She made the process so easy! She really knows what she is doing, and it was so wonderful to work with a helpful and knowledgeable agent. I would recommend her a million times over! We will definitely work with her again in the future.

Where do I start?!I I once told my husband I felt like I gained a friend after meeting her. Kristen was absolutely amazing,we always felt so comfortable speaking and working with her from start to finish. She was so consistent, and very patient. Kristen was helpful answering calls,text even when my husband and I thought we were asking the craziest questions. She made our first home purchase so special. Everything went so smoothly every step of the way and I feel it was because of her need to help us as much as she could and EVERY way possible. There is no question in the future we when are ready to buy/sell again she is OUR realtor. Since we closed on our home Ive recommended her to another couple as well, and she also met there very need as well as gained another closing under her belt!

Kristen was WONDERFUL. I thought we were going to be so stressed out as first time homebuyers but Kristen made the entire process SO EASY. We are so glad we found her! She is always on top of everything and her response time was amazing. I never had to wait for anything. She is also kind and easy to get along with. After we bought our house she followed up to make sure everything was going OK. I love our new house and we are so glad we had Kristen to help us get it !

Kristen is absolutely the best realtor on the Eastern Shore. She is incredibly warm and friendly. She is punctual, flexible, and she makes things happen. We met with Kristen last Saturday to look at a house. We ended up looking at the house - didn't like it. Went to a different house, saw a house on the way to that house that wasn't even listed yet, and ended up making an offer that day on that unlisted house before it was even on the market. Everything was ready to go by Wednesday. By everything I mean we had our home inspection done, homeowners insurance taken care of, proof of internet, etc. You want to buy/sell a house? You get Kristen Dunning as your realtor. She lets you know what needs to be taken care of, and she has a wealth of information to help you in the process. Not only has she made the house buying process a breeze, she has been incredibly honest. She has given us people that have given us amazing rates for our loan, for our home insurance, for our inspection. She is not a realtor who is looking for kickbacks from other people. She is truly there to help you buy/sell your home. I am of course speaking from a buyer's standpoint. I have recommended her to friends selling homes, looking to buy homes; a week ago, I knew nothing about real-estate or what to expect out of an agent. I can tell you this - Kristen Dunning works for you, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your home buying/selling process.
