While Frank sold the house right away his communication skills were very lacking. It cost us money worry and heartache if he would have made phone calls to us to let us know what was going on with the title. We had to make all the calls to find out what was going on.

The WORST relator I have ever worked with. I would NOT recommend him to my worst nightmare. Do yourself a favor and use a different realtor. Even if he is your only option do not use him. Communication with this broker is not existence. It would be nice to at least have him answer the phone when youre trying to sell a house. Was also told he is to busy to answer silly questions. Very unprofessional.
