Frank did an outstanding job from listing to closing. With tenants in the home, violations to address and dealing with the restrictions due to Covid, I thought it wouldve been a nightmare to sell. I have used the Wolf agency 3 times in my life and Frank has been the agent handling the 2 sales and the buying a home for me. He always seems to do the right thing and get the prices I'm looking for. He is easy to work with, very helpful, friendly, professional and I never found his advice to go wrong. The first home he sold for me in 2008 was after another agency had it for 6 months and he was able to sell it for me within 2-3 months for above the price I was looking for. Recently in 2019 he sold my last home and closed within 3 month after it was on the market at my asking price. He handles everything from the beginning to the end and all you have to do is sit back and watch in comfort as he does everything for you. Frank is truly a friend and someone you want in your corner, now I use him without hesitance to selling or buying a home.

Frank is the best broker in the area. He knows the marketplace and he knows the area block by block and house by house. He is the only one you should use to buy or sell your property. He is hard working and very responsive. He will get the deal done quickly and efficently. He will tell you like it is. He is well known in the community and has wide support within the community. Frank went above and beyond to help us out of a bad situation. It took us close to a year to evict a bad tenant and Frank was there to offer support and guidance from the very beginning.
