This sale was more complicated than most since it involved the sale of my parents condominium. I had to do very little since Frank was on top of every stage of the process. Frank kept me up to date on everything and the settlement was the smoothest I was ever involved in.

Frank was the property manager for a rental property that I held for several years. I could not imagine a better experience and he did an amazing job in handling problems both competently and economically, going WAY above and beyond on many occasions. When we finally went to sell the property, Frank also handled that and the whole process was completely smooth. Communication was excellent. I could not recommend anyone more highly.
