Frank DiMaggio is the co-founder of MDF Development and the Managing Partner of Launch/Compass based in Scottsdale Arizona. As a real estate agent Frank has consistently ranked among the top 10 producers in the industry, boasting impressive sales figures of $106 million in 2021, $95 million in 2022, and $103 million in 2023. Frank is the Managing Partner of Launch/Compass and was awarded "2021 Deal Maker of the Year". As the CEO of MDF Development, Frank has spearheaded one of the valley's preeminent luxury building companies. MDF has consistently put out some of the valley's top remodel and new build product selling for record breaking numbers. Frank also sold the 3rd most expensive price per square foot single family house in the history of Phoenix (Arcadia Proper) at $1,161. He is the only agent to average 100 million dollars in sales for the first 3 years as a full time residential real estate agent in Arizona history. Beyond his real estate ventures, Frank's background as a former professional baseball player and his lineage as a relative of Yankee legend Joe DiMaggio.
