Frank helped me find my families second home. After renting for years after selling my first house, we got the unfortunate news we had to evict where we were living. A family of 7, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 6 cockatiels, we werent sure who would take us in. We had given up hope and started talking about rehoming our pets. Fortunately, we got approved for a mortgage loan. We were approved on a Friday, by Sunday we were looking at our dream home courtesy of Frank! On a SUNDAY! Frank not one asked us if we were pre-approved, or if we were already working with a realtor, he was just happy to show us around. After evaluating Franks manners, I knew he was the one! We chose him as our realtor and by Monday he was submitting our offer. To say the least the process was smooth, stress free, truly a wonderful experience overall. Frank is honest, kind, and caring.
