We live in the age of Zillow where a bulk of the work can be done by consumers. This is a great asset as it allows us to browse, sort and compile our own results. Unfortunately a lot of agents seem to think they can do the bare minimum while allowing Zillow to do the heavy lifting. Frank is not one of those agents. He was actively involved in the process. He communicated extremely quickly, professionally and effectively. I really appreciated how he would answer a question and then go further by take the time to explain it in terms I understood and how it would effect future marketability. I lost the first couple houses that I bid on because I set the bid price. It was only after allowing Frank to set the price did we win the bid. He has is really good and judging the market now and hopefully in the future. Finally, I just want to say that the process of finding a house in this market is stressful. Frank had a great way and taking the stress out of it and making it fun. I honestly wish that the loan process and attorney elements of the transactions were as streamlined as the agent experience. I will use Frank again 100% Ultimately, the house I ended up purchasing was not publicly listed but on the private market. Frank brought it to me when I was about ready to give up.
