Frank has been acting as my real estate agent and has been responsive and conscientious. We negotiated an offer that was accepted by the seller. Inspection was delayed due to seller's availability. Inspection brought up issues. Contrary to FelishaJackson's review, Frank is very communicative. Frank did not proceed with further negotiations because I decided not to buy the house for aesthetic reasons and inspection issues. I would highly recommend Frank Cafarchio as a very competent real estate agent for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We had Frank Cafarchio as our realtor because we heard excellent things about him. People told us what a great job he did for them. They were right. He went above and beyond what most realtors would do. He kept checking to make sure our empty house was good in the winter. He make us feel very comfortable since we weren't in the house.
