ZillowVERIFIEDSo if I could, I would give her 0 stars because she was dishonest. I listed my property back in February, but had to remove my house from the market because of a family medical emergency that required my full attention. I put it back on the market a few weeks later, but ultimately ended up taking it off the market completely. I texted her that I was terminating our contract, effective immediately, to which she said that she would terminate our contract and take my house off the market. Come to find out that she only took my house off the market and did not actually cancel my contract as she said she would do. I have text messages back and forth proving that I wanted my contract terminated, and her response. In the end, she left my contract valid so that if at any point I sold my house during that 6-month period, she could come back and request compensation even though she did nothing and was being deceptive . She is unreliable and untrustworthy. When someone hires you to do a job and something comes up that they have to cancel the job/contract, be honest about it and cancel it as you said you would. I will also be submitting a complaint to the California Department of Real Estate. She defrauded me and misled me to believe that my contract was terminated when in fact, it was in effect the whole time.
