ZillowVERIFIEDThe first time we met Lisa Joyce and Fran Davish, we knew we had found the realtors who would help us find our perfect shore home. They responded to our initial emailed request to view a property within minutes and promptly showed us the first listing of interest. The unique advantage of having two extremely knowledgeable realtors working together on our behalf was absolutely outstanding. Fran has decades of experience in the construction industry having built many homes including the one we were initially considering and he was able to point out many advantages/disadvantages accordingly. Lisa is not only an excellent realtor but a great communicator. She completely grasped our vision, facilitated the whole process and prepared us every step of the way. Lisa and Fran are both intimately familiar with the geographic areas they serve and provided us with detailed information about the various sections of Ocean City and the anomalies of that particular market. On a personal level they are both cordial and warm and made themselves available at all times of day and night, even on weekends when needed. Both provided a very detailed and critical view of each home and pointed out features that we did not see or consider. For instance, the availability of parking, lot sizes in various streets and desirable areas for rental income are things we would have missed without their guidance. At every point in the process they helped us and put us in contact with their vast network of other industry professionals whenever we needed services outside of their realm. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate the sale price of the home we chose, Fran and Lisa exceeded our expectations helping us attain the very best price in the end, well beyond what we thought possible. Once we moved on to the closing process, they worked with us tirelessly every step of the way and made an otherwise overwhelming process very simple, providing us with key tips to navigate each step. We feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with these outstanding professionals and will not hesitate to call Lisa and Fran for any future real estate needs.
