I was representing a buyer that wanted nice upgraded home, we found a nice one that he was OK with it, I got him the property on a multiple offer situation but unfortunately the home inspection brought up some issues to his disappointment he decided to cancel. Right after the cancellation another property came on the market and he told me "Franches this is our dream property, please help us get it!!!" Once again I got him into contract on a multiple offer situation even with other cash offers! I really tried my best to make all the terms of the offer as attractive as possible to have them get the house. At the end we were all happy, the journey wasn't easy but definitely worth it to getting them at their dream home sweet home!
