ZillowVERIFIEDFran is all you could ask for as an expert in Cape Cod real estate. She was very patient in describing the feel of the various neighborhoods, and what factors drive pricing on the Cape. She had us check online and let her know what properties looked interesting. Once we gave her our list, since we were traveling from out of town, she was able to put together a schedule that allowed us to see thirteen properties on one day. Once we had the list narrowed down and decided to make an offer, she walked us through the process carefully, helping with our negotiations. She was also able to help us locate all the local services we needed to close (attorney, bank, home inspector, etc). Fran was accessible day and night to answer our questions. I don't think she ever steps away from her email. I could not recommend her more highly.
