About Ford Duncan

It is nice to meet you! I'd love for you to get to know me a bit better. I am the Co-Owner and Operations Manager, and Associate Broker for Duncan Group Properties. An independent but powerful boutique brokerage firm local to the Horry County area but serving a large portion of SC and NC. I have invested in myself and my company for nearly a decade through education, training, mentorship and technology. I have personally sold hundreds of homes, and supervised the sale of thousands. My experience, track record, and leadership provide an experience most real estate consumers long for. I was born and raised in Conway, earned an Associates Degree in 2012 and a BA in Business in 2019. I am married with three beautiful boys who are all my world. I work hard to impact my clients and my community... But also to take my travel loving family on memory making adventures. Quite simply, Cate was amazing! We lived in Texas...Cate went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. We did a tour using Facetime and made an offer while still in Texas. Cate jumped into action and immediately ordered the home inspection so it would be ready when we arrived to look at the house in person. Every time we asked a question, she had the answer or got it for us quickly. She offered great and spot-on advice , was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and made the entire process fun and easy. Once we closed on the house, we had to go back to Texas for 6 weeks. During that time, she checked on our house, grabbed the mail for us and checked the water spigots when the cold snap hit the Conway area. We are so appreciative of everything Cate did for us.
