Since I started in the bussiness I have become a full time Real Estate
Agent.I felt that Customers always want to contact you at different times and I should be there for them in this great desicion of their lives. I try my best to make the process easy The most important for me is that my customers get the House that they feel comfortable and when we arrive to the closing table they are really exited with their purchase that is a great feeling for me.

Also after the closing they know that they count with me.
For sellers I am comunicating with them every step of the way.
also I do Short Sales I have knowledge of the Process.

Desde que yo comenze en Real Estate, empeze de tiempo completo, porque comprendi que el client necesita su agente
todo el tiempo porque mis clientes trabajan diferentes horarios.
Yo trato siempre de que el proceso sea facil, lo mas importante es que obtengan la casa que realmente les gusta y conviene,
me gusta llegar al dia que se cierra el trato sabiendo que mis clientes estan felices de vivir en su nueva casa y esa es mi satisfaccion mas grande.

Y que despues que ya viven en su casa saben que cuentan conmigo.

Tambien para los que venden su casa hay comunicacion
Yo me he especializado en Short Sales o Ventas Cortas.
donde la persona para tratar de salvar su credito vende la casa
cuando desafortundamente ya no puede pagar, yo le puedo
ayudar a saber si califica para vender en Short Sale.
