We wanted a realtor who was a brilliant marketing strategist and we got that with Flint and more! This man knows your market and how to sell in it. Hes a very likeable guy and knowledgeable, guiding us along the way and walking us through all the nuances. In a very stagnant market during winter Flint drove a ton of traffic to our home and beat the comps- selling our home long before the other houses and without compromising on price! The day we closed we were very sad to say goodbye to him, but hey, now hes become our friend as well. What a top guy!
