ZillowVERIFIEDWe were on vacation and decided we wanted to purchase a rental property on St. Thomas that we could use for income and for our own personal stays. As a real estate agent myself in 2 states I decided to call and discuss properties with several agents. Sadly it was a horrible experience with all of them and I couldn't believe how difficult it was going to be to work with an agent in St. Thomas. Then I found Fiona and the entire experience became so much easier, as it should be when trying to work with a professional. She has worked on the Island for many years and has a great knowledge of the properties and their histories all around the Island. She was very prompt in showing us what we wanted to see (just 2 units) and we made a successful offer very quickly on one of those two condos. St. Thomas has a more complicated system of buying and selling real estate than most US states and it can feel like you are dealing with a system from back in the 1970's (Island life!) But thankfully, Fiona helped us navigate that and made it much easier than it would have been without her profesional knowledge. She is very polite, she doesn't push to sell you on something and does a great job at providing the information you need in order to make an informed decision. She also was very helpful with all the normal things you need in a transaction from beginning to end. I highly recommend using Fiona if you want to have a polite and professional agent who can assist in making a unnecessarily complicated process a little less hectic. I'd gladly refer her to anyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIEDFiona was very helpful and communicated great throughout the entire process. This is a condo with 3 owners and we live 3000 miles away and she made it seem like we were right there. She communicated clearly to all 3 owners which I'm guessing was a nightmare for her but she did it flawlessly. Her experience is what really shined. We have been taken advantage of by another realtor and we are pleased it was not the case again. Highly recommend
