Femi Ajetunmobi

Femi has been a licensed Real Estate consultant for 15+ years, and, in that period, he has been a consummate professional who has provided his clients with exceptional service and honest representation. His clients always praise his strong work ethic, dedication, integrity, selflessness, attention to detail, and formidable negotiation skills. Femi specializes in the sale of residential, residential income, and multi-family unit properties in the Southern Californian market, with emphasis on the greater Los Angeles and the South Bay/beach areas. He also works with sellers and buyers of commercial real estate as well as with investors to help them find investment properties with good cap rates, good cash flow, and/or great upside potential. Before venturing into Real Estate, Femi was a practicing medical doctor in both Nigeria and the Republic of Ireland. He holds an MD degree from the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, and a Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry from the Royal College of Physicians, Dublin. Education is paramount to Femi. To this end, he's regularly taking professional courses to update and improve his knowledge and expertise in the practice of Real Estate, so he can continue to serve his clients in the best possible way. Femi represents a diverse clientele consisting of professionals, business owners, employers, employees, entrepreneurs, traders, and people from all walks of life. When Femi is not transacting Real Estate, he can be found volunteering with his favorite local charitable organizations. He also enjoys writing, listening to music, watching and talking about movies and sports (he's a die-hard Lakers fan), spending time with family and friends, and just goofing around sometimes.
