She referred the 1031-Exchange company.(2) She showed many homes according to our planning and budget and to match with as per 1031- Exchange rules.(3) Finally we got a brand new home with very reasonable price and ready made available. It took one day to finalize the new home.(4) When we did closing the sold home in WA, next day we closed our purchased home in CA. I cannot say enough good things about Fellicia and this entire experience. We met via the app when I was trying to view a home that was for sale but wasn't hers. Fellicia got back to me right away (on a Saturday) and met me at the house within a few hours. From there, we hit it off. She's SUPER knowledgeable about real estate, and lives in the area (score, right!?). The first house was not going to work, but she sent me several others in the area, and she was ON IT. As soon as a listing came up in the area and price range, she sent it to me. She has a lot of connections in local real estate and it was such an immense help in this market. After a few offers, we found my perfect home, and were able to get the offer accepted! IN THIS MARKET?!? I know. I was gobsmacked, too! We put the offer in on Feb 9th, it was countered and we accepted on the 10th. In order to be competitive, we did a 21 day escrow, which sounds un-likely, but she had it done in LESS than 21 days. Another amazing thing about working with Fellicia, is she was also my loan officer. She knows her stuff! She had my loan tied up in a nice little bow and it was approved by underwriting and cleared to close in 2 days. She knows what to anticipate during the offer and loan part of the process, and it was a relief to have only one point of contact to manage. She legit did everything, all I had to do was e-sign papers and transfer money. Is buying a home stressful? Absolutely. But, having Fellicia managing everything put my mind at ease and made it a much better experience. I was always in the loop about what was going on, she explained every step of the process. As a first time homebuyer, I'm so glad I met her, and would 100% recommend her for all of your real estate needs.
