Fellicia Howard

Moving cross country from Massachusetts to California in 2005, Fellicia Howard has wholeheartedly embraced the Golden State and the wonderful people that live there. She has since become a trusted industry professional in her community and takes pride in the relationships that have been built through real estate.

She began her career working as a mortgage lender, and actually moved into a management position training loan officers. Many of her clients were also searching for a home or property, so Fellicia made the natural progression of becoming an agent to assist her clients with their real estate needs.

As a mother of two, Fellicia understands the need for families to find homes that are safe and offer good educational opportunities for children. With a strong work ethic, she values service, honesty, and compassion and is "only a text away" for her clients, which include first time home buyers, retirees, and investors.

When Fellicia is not working with clients, she spends time with her family, volunteers to help with her children's activities, plays classical piano, sings, and dance salsa. She enjoys performing and a few years ago spent time moonlighting in an R&B cover band, loving every moment!
