As a first time home buyer my wife and I came to Felix to help us with the home buying process as we really didnt know much about it. Felix sat down with us one on one and explained everything in detail of what to expect and how the processed worked.... immediately I felt comfortable and loved the energy and passion that was shown at the time of the meeting.. he was extremely knowledgeable of the homes and areas he showed to us as well! Felix showed us homes that were within most if not all of our wants and needs and did not disappoint.. he was always there to answer a phone call or a text message with a question we had and if he didnt have the answer himself he would get the answer for us in someway... I consider Felix a friend of mine now and hope everyone who uses him can have the same experience as I did with him as my realtor..
