A truly client-centered Realtor.We were referred to Faruk by my Fiance's parents and I'm convinced we couldn't have done any better! He is honest, patient, resourceful and charismatic. Faruk is the best... He just won't stop until you get what you need! We usually use Faruk to find properties to flip. This time we called him to help us get into our first rental property. He lined up six showings for us and we ended up putting in an offer on one... For now... Second offer is not too far off! If you have a real estate need Faruk is the one to call! He helped us understand the entire rental process, and explained how his rentals are run and was very reassuring. We can do this Faruk, thanks for your help. What sets Faruk apart from other realtors with whom I have worked is his willingness both to offer frank and honest advice as well as his patience. He has taken the time to show multiple properties to me and is candid in his opinion, a trait that I value if I'm going to spend tens of thousands of dollars, especially if it means no commission to him.
