Hi! I'm Faith :) I grew up on an equestrian farm in Falmouth, Maine and returned to Portland after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Business degree. I bring over 15 years of high-level marketing and digital management experience to my real estate career and enjoy creating effective and creative promotional campaigns that support Maine homeowners in the sale of their property. I also love working with buyers - particularly those going through the process for the first time - and identifying creative angles in which to secure the best deal possible for my clients. I absolutely adore showing folks from "away", as we say in Maine, what this wonderful state has to offer! In partnership with Matt Freedman, I started Breakwater Realty Group in 2021 to support fellow (or to-be) Mainers in pursuing their real estate dreams. I believe in a client-forward approach, in leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of the best deal, and in giving back to the communities in which I live. I reside in Falmouth with my family, which consists of both two- and four-legged loved ones. I adore live music, kayaking Maine's lakes, and am learning to both refinish furniture and to not kill my houseplants (one of which, as it turns out, is far easier than the other!). I will drop everything to pet a dog (EVERYTHING!) and will never pass up an opportunity to visit a county fair. I am the former Corporate Vice President of the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Maine chapter and enjoy finding new opportunities to support my neighbors in need of a helping hand.
