We had 3 realtors come out before Fabio. Each one was skeptical on the timing and price we were hoping to get. He blew each of them out of the water. He was also extremely patient as we attempted to sell our house and then took it off of the market for a bit due to personal reasons. He truly cared about us as people and was not just pushing to get a sale. Once the timing was right he told us he would sell our house in 3-4 weeks and he accomplished it in just 2 weeks! Each step of the way he was there for us especially when our out of state housing fell through. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. In fact he is getting ready to sell my in-laws property and they could not be in better hands!
