About Fabio Bicho

Hello, my name is Fabio Bicho, real estate agent at RE/MAX Vantage. I am graduate from the Mario J Gabelli business school at Roger Williams University. With a very extensive and elaborate experience in sales and finance I am sure to consider all different factors when finding the appropriate living for any individual or family. With my past experience in Finance handling over millions of dollars in assets under management I will always put you in my best interest. In addition to being an active volunteer in the New Bedford little league association, I also am a certified REALTOR through RE/MAX, while giving seminars at the college that I graduated from about my real estate, financial experience, and the changing markets. I had reached out to Fabio to help with purchasing a property. He began the process, helping me look into the property, then one day I just never heard back from him. I reached out numerous times, giving him the benefit of the doubt that possibly a family emergency came up, or maybe he just no longer wanted to represent me. I never found out what the reasoning was for him essentially ghosting me, when I wanted to hire him as my real estate agent. Either way I never received any returned correspondence, and that in and of itself was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

I am a first time homeowner so I started this process very cautiously! I wanted to make sure I wasn't pushed into anything that I didn't absolutely love seeing as its such a big investment! I told Fabio from the beginning I probably would be a pain as a client because I can be very picky about what I like and I wanted a certain area of the city which I wouldn't budge on. I am writing this review just hours after I closed on a home that far exceeded my expectations! From Day 1, he understood exactly what I wanted and the first house I saw, I knew it was the right one!! I couldn't believe how easy him and his team made the process! I was so nervous at first and there was no reason to be! Everything really went as smoothly as it could of and within less than two months of my first showing I am now the proud homeowner of a house that has everything I wanted and more!!!
