Our requirements to purchase a condo for my mother in a 55+ community as a person under the age of 55, was extremely difficult to find and full of obstacles and restrictions. From the beginning, Ezio was all over the challenge working around the clock for us to make this purchase happen. We were in constant communication any time of day and Ezio always managed to keep things positive while the never ending HOA and lender issues continued day after day.
