She is wonderful, and we couldn't be happier with our house!She was very prompt with her follow up and finding us options. We had very difficult schedules to work around, and Eva was very flexible in scheduling viewings. She never lost enthusiasm, no matter how many houses we looked at. She was dedicated to helping us find our perfect house. Being that we were first time homeowners, she helped us understand the process, and informed us on a number of things we would've not even considered. We literally could not be more happy with how everything turned out. Example of her awesomeness: due to a personal scheduling conflict she was not able to attend our closing. When we arrived at our new home, she had left a framed photo of us next to our "Sold" sign...among some other thoughtful housewarming gifts. We were first time home buyers and Eva came highly recommended by friends. She was honest and wasn't pushy. Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know what issues to look for in a house, but Eva was quick to spot issues even if they were minor. She took the time to explain every part of the offer and purchase agreement. It felt good to know that we had someone actually on our side rather than someone trying to get paid fast. She made the whole process a lot less stressful than what I was expecting.
