We could not have had a better experience with Eunice!! She was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the process. All of our questions were answered al most immediately, and we felt like we were her only priority during the process. She also did an extraordinary job of negotiating on our behalf. We had a great experience with Eunice! We were working with an out-of-state seller, and she kept the pressure on the sellers agent to keep the process moving along at a reasonable pace. She negotiated very well and helped us get the best deal possible on our home, with a few repairs made by the seller before closing. Eunice was a God send from helping me purchase a home to helping me sell my home? If you want an agent that go's above and beyond and helps you in anyway she can Eunice is the lady to choose. She follows up, takes phone calls, explains any and everything you don't understand. She never got tired of the hurdles she jumped them all with me and I'm truly grateful for her. Her professionalism and knowledge was unprecedented to include her coordinatetor Stephanie. They took extremely good care of me and my family as well as helped another family in the process.
