I had only known Ethyl Curbow by name,she helped my mom and dad find their other home 30 plus years ago,,,my dad passed away in 2014,my mom kept on until July 13, and unfortunately she passed. Ethel's group gets it done. She was our buyers agent when we moved to Springfield MO in 2014. We had to sell our home due to a job transfer, and her group has a large impact on the Springfield MO real estate market, and a lot of home buyers go through her agency. She also has a dominant presence in the print and media in the region. We initially listed with a family friend part-time real estate agent, and our home did not sell after 3 months. Three years later, we re-listed with Ethel's group during the global coronavirus pandemic, and our house sold within a month. Her access to established real-estate networks of agents, buyers and sellers makes the necessary connections happen to make a sale. Her group is professional and organized.

I had a somewhat challenging property to sell. Ethel stuck with me -- hitting all channels on marketing (print, online, apps, etc.)Prior to working with Ethel, I had engaged a popular realtor who provided very little feedback and very little marketing effort once they had the listing. I had to be very persistent to get any information or action. Ethel was a refreshing change -- helpful and very pragmatic. She is incredibly responsive, making sure you are immediately up-to-date on open house outcomes, showings, etc. She surveys the realtors of prospective buyers immediately after they've shown the house so you have immediate input on the positives and negatives. She provided great advice, supported by her experience in the marketplace. She doesn't sugarcoat -- she just tells it like it is and then works incredibly hard on your behalf.
