Ethan Rapier

Ethan started in real estate in 2017 as a side hustle to start paying down debt while working in the banking industry. After 6 months of serving clients part time he realized other opportunities awaited by jumping into the industry full time. In the summer of 2018 that is exactly what he did with the help of one of the top teams in Southern Indiana. Since that time Ethan has consistently placed in the top 100 agents in Southern Indiana, been in the top 20% at his local Keller Williams office, and served on the offices board of directors (ALC) and in leadership positions for the office. In 2021 Ethan and his wife launched The Rapier Real Estate Group with the mission of creating life changing relationships and opportunities through their businesses. Today, they have aligned themselves with Keller WIlliams Louisville still serving all of Southern Indiana and the Louisville Metro area.
