Ethan has lived in New Hampshire his entire life and graduated from UNH in 2013. He worked for a student housing development firm for 4 years before starting his commercial real estate career. Specializing in business start-ups in college and working as a property manager he understands what it takes to make a good deal for the Landlord and their Tenants. An Associate Broker in Maine & New Hampshire, he specializes in Retail space, Land for Development, and Multi-Family investment properties. Master in Commercial Properties from Lipsey School of Real Estate. Ethan is also a ICSC member.
