Peter was a great help to us. We met him at an open house he as conducting. That house wasnt for us. But in talking with us, he figured out the ideal neighborhood for our needs. A house came up and he as right on it. It was a tricky sale. There were 9 offers. He gave us great advice and we got it! Sarah is the best. There might be others who are also "the best", I don't know. If I think back at all the possible directions that each piece of the puzzle, beginning with understanding the unique nature of the property and ascertaining a realistic price and marketing strategy, through negotiating a deal, and following through with timely attention to all the details to achieve a timely close on a property that had more warts than an endangered toad, she was flawless. No, I'm not a relative or a long time friend, just a very satisfied seller. In addition to being very professional, she's also a really nice person.
