Ernest is a great salesperson. He knows the area and the market. We used his full service plan including a few home improvements. The work was mediocre. Not to my standards for living in the home. Selling our home went smoothly, however purchasing our new home was handled terribly. Ernest waited until the last minute (7 days) to schedule us for looking for a home and closing. Errors were made in scheduling the same workers to move us. The movers damaged the walls along with ruining our sofa and other items. At no point has Ernest taken responsibility for pushing us to the last minute and dropping the ball despite being told. If you are reliant on selling your home to purchase another, I would not recommend using Ernest Berghof. His laid back style left us in a lurch.
