Erin has been amazing through out the entire selling AND buying process! In this buyers market she held to her marketing skills, kept us informed of market trends, continued to encourage us, it only takes one buyer, and she was right. Her multifaceted approach to using social media, making videos and marketing outside of our area brought the perfect buyer and we are so happy for everyone. She then helped us negotiate the purchase phase of our next home, even making a good friend with the builders agent. She was instrumental in negotiating on our behalf and we are thrilled. Let me begin with saying that Erin is one in a million! Not only did she make the entire purchase a simple process and getting the property within my budget, she went above and beyond any expectations. Being an out of state buyer, she coordinated with local businesses and contractors who were willing to work on my home right away and have it move in ready within 6 weeks from purchase!! Complete makeover!!!!! I asked Erin to take full control over decorating and paint colors and even helped me choose the furnishings for a Coastal vibe. She is the most creative and talented person Ive had the pleasure of meeting and working with. If youre looking to purchase or list a condo or a house, do yourself a huge favor and look no further!! I consider Erin to be a premiere online marketer, when it comes to Realtors. Here ability to reach people through social media video is tops, when compared to other realtors. The quality of those videos, as well as her still pictures, is outstanding. That online exposure was critical, and produced results during a changing market. With the volume of out-of-town buyers along the Emerald Coast market, I consider Erins skills and approach to marketing to be tops in the industry. Erin was amazing in assisting us in the process of buying our new condo. I have always know that it is not advised to have the realtor represent both the buyer and the seller but Erin handled it with professionalism and appropriately.
