He acted fast. The house we purchased was posted on the market in the evening and he immediately forwarded to us. I think he knew thats the house we will be satisfied. He always listens to what we think and gives his own opinion when we ask him. He responded promptly. Quite a few times, we sent him messages pretty late and we were still able to get his reply. During the inspection, there was something which needed to be further checked. He helped us find the contractor and worked through it, saving us a lot of time and effort. We really appreciated that.
