Erin Swenson

When Erin Swenson of Realty Executives Cooper Spransy in Madison, Wisconsin set out to buy her first home, she did not have the best experience. Erin turned that less than stellar time in her life into inspiration and ultimately pursued a career in real estate. "Because of that experience, I am very passionate about educating and empowering my clients to make the best decisions for their family. I am drawn to people and have always been curious about their lives, family and passions. I love interacting with people and educating and coaching them through one of the largest and most important purchases of their lives," Erin says.

With a degree in Human Services in hand and several years of industry experience under her belt, the final step Erin took to build a career that would allow her to be of maximum service to her clients was joining Realty Executives Cooper Spransy. She was drawn to a culture that promoted family, giving back without expecting anything in return, generosity and remaining down to earth and found this in Realty Executives Cooper Spransy, which she has been a part of since 2015.

It's no wonder Erin was drawn to a group that reflects her own values so closely.

"I have been doing a program called Homes For Heroes for 4 years now. I donate a portion of my commission back to local heroes in our community when they buy and/or sell a home. Heroes include active military personnel, veterans, teachers, police officers, firefighters, nurses, EMTs and anyone in the medical field. I love it! I have been connected to the most amazing and selfless human beings on the planet. I have been able to give back over $80,000 since I started participating in this program," Erin says.
