Erin Strain

As an agent who's grown up in the area I have an incredible amount of knowledge not only about the community, but also the schools, neighborhoods, and different lifestyles. Here are some ways I stand out above the rest: I am a former teacher in both Plano and Frisco ISD, which means I have a huge understanding of the different school districts as well as schools. I also have five children (three are school aged) which gives me an even better understanding of the school systems. Raising my kids I have obtained a wide variety of personal strengths, home repair contacts, stronger relationships, and expert negotiating deals. I have also bought, leased out, and sold multiple homes for myself so I understand fully every aspect of the home buying/selling/leasing experience.
