Erin was enthusiastic as a realtor, which made the process fun and enjoyable. As a first time home buyer I was ignorant to the process, but Erin was patient and kind to simplify the process and thoroughly explain everything as it unfolded. I have heard of horror stories about home buying (particularly first time home buying), but I can say that for me it was effortless with Erin. We put an offer in late December and closed late January. Erin even followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was in order and answered all my questions. I highly recommend her and I'll use her again for future real estate ventures!
