Erin McNamara joined the Bowes Team in February of 2015 as a team agent following six years with the Waterford Youth Services Bureau. Erin's experience providing assistance to the children and families of Waterford made for a smooth transition to the team, allowing her to provide her clients with understanding and compassion in every transaction. Being the daughter of Sue and Bud, real estate has been a part of Erin's life for years, and she strives to follow in her parent's footsteps by providing the best service possible to her clients. Our family has moved up and down the coast, from Rhode Island, Florida, North Carolina and finally back up to Connecticut. We have purchased in every state, have had some good realtors and some not so good realtors. Erin is by far, the best Realtor we have ever worked with. Erin was an amazing realtor to work with. We sold and bought with her. She was very attentive and communicated well the entire process. We purchased a house that was being built so there were extra steps and a lot of communicating with the builder and lender to make sure we closed on time.
