I very much enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to work with Erin Durbin. She was never too busy or distracted to take my calls or to promptly respond to emails and texts, and she advised me all through the home selling process--from insight prior to listing regarding what local buyers are looking for in a home like the one I sold, to whether and when to revise my listing price and why, and handled the offer, contract and closing steps with great care--as if it was her own home she was selling. And every time we had a prospective buyer, she followed up with the buyer or their agent to find out their thoughts about the property, what they liked or disliked about the property, and what I could do to improve my chances and speed to sell the propety. I definitely plan to work with Erin the next time I have a property to sell in the Show Low and surrounding areas. I could not recommend her more! Thanks, Erin!
