Erin has been a huge to help to us. First she helped us buy our home and then nine years later, she helped us sell it. The selling process was very long and tedious, but she stuck with us every step of the way, going out of her way to run back and forth to the property in the middle of winter to help ensure the pipes didnt freeze between showings and making multiple trips to the hardware store, also in the dead of winter, to help us get our water heater fixed. How can you ask for better service and support. Erin knows Sandpoint and is well connected in the community. Simply the best.

Erin is a delightful person to work with! Her knowledge of the local area & real estate process in general is outstanding! She has gone out of her way to help us secure a piece of property. But, unlike many realtors who are interested in just making a sale, she also wants the piece of property to be a perfect fit for us.
