Erin Cole

Erin Cole, a Colorado resident of 12 years, received her Colorado real estate license in 2023, but has been involved in real estate for the last 7 years as both an investor and landlord. She brings her personal experience along with her professional knowledge to ensure our clients are highly satisfied. In addition to real estate, Erin worked in digital marketing for 20+ years in Colorado and NYC. She leverages her creative marketing skills to more effectively and efficiently garner the best deals. Her marketing and real estate expertise combined allow Erin to assist our clients in achieving their investment goals. Outside of work Erin enjoys biking around Colorado, hiking and skiing in the mountains with her family. When she's not outside you'll find her engulfed in a book or playing the mandolin.
