My situation was not the easiest but Erika made the process of buying my first home SOOOO amazing. In such a competitive market and my lack of knowledge in the real estate business I was honestly really scared. Id heard of friends who were very well qualified having a hard time getting offers accepted on homes they loved because the market was so competitive!
