We applied through Erika for a rental house. We were expecting a one day turn around result, only because this is what we were told by Erika. An entire day went by before we even got a text back. We had to call the company to get someone to reach out to Erika so she would reach back out to us. 2 hours later, she finally sends a TEXT back. Could not even give us a phone call to inform us the land lord went in another direction. 0/10 for professionality, responsiveness, and helpfulness.
