Erika Levack

Erika flew into real estate after over 15 years in healthcare first as a public health specialist and in later years as a nurse practitioner. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College and a Master's Degree from Columbia University.

Her passion and enthusiasm for real estate shine through in a diverse array of colors. With an open and easy communication style and a dedicated focus on her clients' needs, Erika became a high-producing agent early on. She is known for her patience, her ability to listen and discern, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals. She's most happy when her clients thrive. Working with sellers and buyers alike, she uses her experience, sustained continuing education, and knowledge of the Austin market to advocate for them at every turn, ensuring the highest quality of customer service. Erika counsels and guides her clients through each transaction with integrity, always mindful of their best interests. She is a tough but collaborative negotiator, bringing care and finesse to often complex transactions. Her goal is to close the deal with as little stress and as much fun as possible. As an active investor in the Austin real estate market, she brings keen insight into the nuances of matching investors with the types of properties that best fit their investment goals.

Erika is a full-time, full-service agent who is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish. She lives in Central Austin with her husband, two kids, and their sweet dog, Dingo. She enjoys great food, wine, all things outdoors, creative projects, traveling to new places, and tough workouts. Erika is an active member of her community, serving as a civic leader on several levels. She has been a director/trustee on several local non-profit boards, volunteers with Meals on Wheels of Central Texas, is a member of her daughters' school PTA, and is a graduate of Leadership Austin's Essential Class of 2020. A woman with boundless zeal for her work and meeting new people, she looks forward to hearing from you!
