Erica did an amazing job in helping us buy the house in Kingman Arizona. First, we are new buyers and no knowledge about the place Kingman. She was very proficient in guiding us through all the papers we needed to submit in getting the property. What amazed us was, she has a team that coordinated with all the process in acquiring the property, starting from loans to be approved, to the escrow and up to the date of signing for closing . What a blessing she is to us that anytime we ask questions, she right away answered our inquiries. She never gave us the wrong instructions so everything went smoothly.
