Erika Kristal Eucker is President, CEO and Founder of Media Realty Group. Since founding the company in 2019, Erika has grown the agency to over 15 offices across 6 states. Erika holds active Real Estate Broker licenses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, RI, and North Carolina. Erika has over 20 years of experience and knowledge in Real Estate. In her career as as a Real Estate agent, she has helped thousands of people buy and sell properties ranging from Single Family and Multifamily homes to Investment Properties, Houses of Worship, Farms, Land, Warehouses, Funeral Homes, Restaurants, and more. Her service and dedication earned her production and customer service awards throughout her community. Erika is an established Businesswoman and has founded several successful companies. She opened her first real estate agency in 2015, which she sold to a business investor in 2018. In 2017, she founded First Capital Investments, a Commercial Property Management and Acquisitions firm representing business owners and investors worldwide in purchasing, managing, and expanding business operations across the United States. In 2019, she founded Media Realty Group, which has quickly become one of the fastest growing independent real estate agencies in New England. Erika continues to serve as President/CEO of both Media Realty Group and First Capital Investments. Within Media Realty Group, she serves as a mentor and guide and is always available to meet with agents and their clients to help them achieve success with their real estate goals. Erika is active in the communities Media Realty Group serves, and donates a portion of all proceeds back into local organizations and charities. Erika has received numerous accolades including the Top Producer Award awarded by The REALTOR Association, which she has been awarded annually since 2016. She was voted most Civic-Minded Business Owner and Best Customer Service by the Auburn Chamber of Commerce.
